Payments made by MoneyGram or Western Union are normally processed and cleared within 1-3 business day. Confirmation of payment will follow once payment has cleared. After you will make transfer you will receive Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN).

After receiving MTCN please confirm the payment by email with the following information:

• 10 digit MTCN (money transfer control number for Western Union)
• 8 digit MTCN (money transfer control number for MoneyGram)
• MoneyGram or Western Union sender name (name of the person who paid money)
• MoneyGram or Western Union sender last name (last name of the person who paid money)
• City and country where it was wired from
• Exact amount and currency wired (without MoneyGram or Western Union fee)
• Order Number
• Complete postal address

If payment is not made in full within 14 days your order will be deleted from our system.
